For Serial Key Based License Only: Users can move the license from one system to another unlimited times provided the user self-service the license transfer (de-activate on current system and re-activate either on another computer or same computer after re-installation of Windows. Failing to do so will result in loss of license, but the user has one more chance to activate the license again. But if the user fails to self-service the license transfer, he will not have another chance to reactivate. If the user is not able to deactivate the license at the latest licensed system AND the user is not able to reactivate the license at a new supported system, then the user will be able to re-use/re-activate CMS IntelliCAD software again either by purchasing a support pack subscription or by upgrading to the most updated version.
